6 Red or Brown Potatoes , cut into bit size bits
3-4 T. Vegetable Oil
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
11/2 T. Montreal Steak Seasoning
1t. season salt
2 t. Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, shake vigorously until all potatoes are coated.
- Put potatoes on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 30-45 minutes, until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- Eat right away they are tastiest when pipping hot.
